Job overview We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager II to join our dynamic product team. As a mid-level product manager, you will take ownership of key product features, contribute to the overall product strategy, and work cross-functionally to build solutions that delight customers and drive business outcomes. Job Location- Bangalore Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product experiences. Use data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions. Define and analyze metrics to assess the success and impact of product initiatives. Clearly document product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Partner with senior product leaders to support strategic planning and roadmap development. Balance technical constraints, business needs, and user experience to prioritize effectively Qualifications & skills required 4-7 years of experience in product management. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Proven track record of launching successful products or features. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in product tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
