Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Support KAMs with pre-quotation activities for D & C such as technical qualification, benefits, RFQ alignment with the customer and engineering.
Acts as the customer advocate articulating the users and/or buyer’s needs during D & C.

Functional Competencies:

Techno-Commercial Role
Establish product strategies by working with KAMs to get customer insight, market trends, government regulations etc.
Benchmarks competitors with market research & detailed analysis – acts as a market expert for the product.
Guides costing cell on competitive pricing benchmark for that particular product.
Assist / support KAMs for settling ECN (technical explanations / agreements).
Co-ordinate with internal teams for timely RFQ response and support KAM for the quote activities (i.e to co-ordinate internally with CFT for Costing details from all functions and in Business case preparation).
