Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at BiteSpeed, an early-stage SaaS startup. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
Analyze data to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager in an early-stage SaaS startup or similar industry.
Strong understanding of software product development and launch processes.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
