Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product roadmap and align with technology trends.
  • Coordinate with design, materials, and manufacturing teams for new product development.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, and field trials for performance validation.
  • Act as primary client interface for 2–3 key accounts, providing status updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of client projects, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Apply project management principles to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support IP management and innovation pipeline.
  • Drive cost optimization and manufacturability improvements.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Design / Applied Mechanics / Tooling (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

  • 3–5 years of experience

     in product development or product management in drilling/tooling/metal products domain.
  • Working knowledge of CAD and simulation tools (basic proficiency acceptable).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Exposure to project management (certification like PMP is a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines effectively.
