Product manager - Distillery

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the distillery including fermentation, distillation, and blending processes.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet monthly and annual output targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality control, hygiene, and safety standards throughout production.
• Monitor raw material (molasses/grain, yeast, enzymes, etc.) usage and coordinate with procurement.
• Supervise the distillation plant and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Implement process improvements for yield optimization and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintain and analyze production data, yield reports, and efficiency parameters.
• Ensure compliance with excise, pollution control, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production workforce to maintain high performance and discipline.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Utilities, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
