Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing a comprehensive product roadmap. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with client and user requirements, business strategy, and emerging market trends. You should have a proven track record in driving product strategy and execution, delivering innovative solutions. - Creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders - Leading the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization - Gathering and analyzing business and user requirements to drive product direction and development - Continuously improving product features based on feedback and data-driven insights - Managing cross-functional teams to drive development, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery - Staying updated on the latest AI/ML/RPA/Gen AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and applying them where relevant to drive innovation - Working closely with Product Marketing to feature platforms and new features in various channels - Positioning comparative product features in user-review sites like G2, Capterra, etc. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in product management, with exposure to creating web and mobile interfaces for AI/Gen AI/Automation based products - Proven track record of managing B2B products from ideation to launch and scaling - Experience in product feature prioritization frameworks, especially those measuring the commercial impact of feature sets being developed - Strong experience in writing BRDs/FRDs and defining technical and functional requirements - Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle effectively - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Prior knowledge of AI and Gen AI tools/frameworks is preferred - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology is also preferred,
