Product Manager - Data Monetization

Role Overview: As a Product Manager- Data Monetization at Pine Labs, you will play a crucial role in defining, building, and scaling data monetization products and partnerships. Your responsibilities will include shaping how data is ingested, enriched, secured, and externalized to enable partners, enterprises, and platforms to derive value from the Pine Labs ecosystem. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, compliance, and sales teams, as well as external data partners, to drive product adoption and monetization outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and own the data monetization strategy, collaborating with commercial and partnerships teams. - Establish data partnerships such as clean rooms, SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic ad platforms to expand monetization opportunities. - Lead a dedicated data engineering team to build scalable data pipelines, enrichment layers, and self-serve applications. - Drive adoption of data products across merchants, issuers, and partners, ensuring measurable value delivery. - Collaborate with sales and partners to develop trusted measurement solutions and apply ML/modeling techniques to improve insights. - Implement strong data governance, privacy, and security protocols to ensure compliance with DPDP, GDPR, and global standards. - Define and drive the strategic direction for data platforms, aligning initiatives with Pine Labs business goals. - Manage all data monetization-led projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and reduction in time-to-market for integrations. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of product management experience in data platforms, ad tech, Martech, or enterprise SaaS. - Proven record of building data monetization or enrichment products and driving adoption with external partners. - Strong experience with data architectures, cloud technologies, and data frameworks. - Familiarity with ML/AI techniques for enrichment and measurement. - Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data products into clear business value propositions. - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across different teams. - High ownership and ability to operate in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
