Product Manager – Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the

  product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  for cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Work closely with

  engineering, architecture, and research teams

  to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.
• Lead

  competitive analysis

  ,

  market research

  , and

  customer insights

  to identify new opportunities and threats in the cybersecurity domain.
• Collaborate with

  Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  teams to drive product adoption and go-to-market success.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives using data-driven decision-making and customer feedback.
  
• Own the

  end-to-end product lifecycle

  — from concept and design to launch and post-release performance monitoring.
• Represent the product in

  executive reviews

• Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of overall experience with at least

  5 years in product management

  roles.
• Strong background in

  cybersecurity

  — experience in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, identity management, threat detection, or cloud security.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, enterprise-grade product portfolios.
  
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk management standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Prior experience working with

  SaaS / Cloud-based Security Products

  preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. MBA preferred.
  

Preferred Attributes:

• Certifications such as

  CISSP, CISM, or PMP

  are a plus.
• Experience in

  startup or fast-paced product environments
