Job Title: Product Manager Pharmaceutical Marketing Location: Cochin Job Type: 15 Days Field Work / 15 Days In-Office Experience: 1- 6 years in pharmaceutical product management Education: Pharmacy Graduate (B- Pharm)/ Life Sciences Background/ MBA in Marketing or Pharmceuticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned pharmaceutical products. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create impactful marketing plans. Define product positioning, target audience, and go-to-market strategies. 2. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out. Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams for product development and updates. 3. Promotional Campaigns: Design promotional materials (brochures, digital content, visual aids) and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, workshops, and conferences. Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies. 4.Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour. Analyse sales performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, and suggest improvements. 5. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), doctors, and medical associations to build strong relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and supply chain for seamless operations. 6. Budgeting and Compliance: Prepare and manage the marketing budget for assigned products. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical marketing practices. Key Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and CRM software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Leadership and team collaboration skills. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Achievement of product sales and market share targets. Successful execution of product launches.
