Technical Skills

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
Ability to read/interpret technical documents such as architecture diagrams and data models.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, or Agile project tools.

Product & Business Skills

8 + years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a techno-functional role.
Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Strong ownership, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, FinTech, BFSI, eCommerce, or relevant domain.
Technical degree (Computer Science/Engineering) or MBA in Product/Technology Management.
Experience with UX/UI principles or basic design tools.
