Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with a significant focus on technology-driven projects.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Tier 1 institution.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific ERPs) within complex business environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technology architecture, and integration principles.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize information, and develop innovative solutions.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
