Product Manager ( Agri Biotech Organisation)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Market Launch Support: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate pre-market launches, conduct studies, and implement post-market improvements. •Provide technical guidance , insights to support sales & marketing teams. Product Innovation and Strategy: Work with R&D teams to identify opportunities for new product innovations or enhancements. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory approvals for export and domestic markets. •Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance wrt policies, Standards Technical Analysis and Reporting: Write detailed technical reports for field trials, laboratory results, and ongoing product studies. •Analyze data to provide actionable insights for product development and improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at seminars, exhibitions, and industry forums. •Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical institutions, and research organizations (private and commercial). Knowledge of Organic Certifications & International Regulations is a MUST Excellent English communication skills is a MUST as this role involves International interactions.
