Product Manager Ad Tech / Programmatic Advertising

As a seasoned Product Manager in the Ad Tech industry, your role will involve leading the development, optimization, and scaling of ad tech products, with a specific focus on programmatic advertising and app monetization. You will be a key player in defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for core ad tech offerings. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, optimizing product performance, and presenting product strategy updates to internal leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for core ad tech offerings - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization - Collaborate with engineering, design, business development, and marketing teams - Analyze industry trends, competition, and market opportunities to identify growth areas - Use data and performance metrics to iterate and improve product effectiveness - Present product strategy and updates to internal leadership and cross-functional teams Core Skill Set: - 8+ years of product management experience in Ad Technology - Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, mediation, and app monetization - Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making - Ability to write high-quality product specs and design wireframes - Strong experience managing technical projects and collaborating with engineering teams - Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - A postgraduate degree (M.Tech) is preferred - Previous experience in ad tech or app gaming startups is an advantage - Proven success in delivering high-impact B2B or B2C ad tech products.,
