About the role Are you someone who oves to buid products and aso gets curious about the technoogy stack being used? Have you worked in technica roes at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software deveoper, engineering manager, or architect)? We are ooking for Product Owners to enabe the deivery of high-quaity financia/payment products in a fast-paced, chaenging, and creative environment. You wi work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to buid high-quaity products/systems. Expectation:- Working cosey with business eads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business appicabiity and impact of each use case. Abiity to understand different technoogy patforms, their features and be abe to work with soution architects/engineering eads and write detaied product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deiverabes. Make sure that cear, simpe, and technicay sound decisions are made. With your strong knowedge of different technoogy patforms in your vertica or in the company, we expect you to raise your hand when either any wrong design decision is being made or if simiar function exists in other systems that coud be reused. Abiity to work with mutipe stakehoders / senior management / cross-functiona teams to infuence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technica roadbocks and be abe to cear them. Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmap reguary Be invoved in what your team is buiding - Run edge cases, test products proactivey and its features to provide feedback eary in the cyce, make sure entire journeys are covered, and that product reporting exists to track KPIs for the product and its success (data-driven product management). Superpowers that wi hep you succeed in this roe: Professional experience in a product management or anaytica roe, Exp shoud be in between 3- 7 years, out of which minimum 3 years in product management Bacheors degree in engineering, computer science and/or reated fied Have an extreme bias towards action basicaly, you need to have the Get Shit Done attitude. Soutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendy products and customer-facing features Possess exceent oral, written, verba and interpersonal communication skis.
