Product Management

Role & responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Coordination:

• Manage the

  entire product lifecycle

  from ideation and development to launch, training, and continuous improvement.
• Take full ownership of product updates, enhancements, and overall roadmap execution.
• Coordinate closely with the development team for feature releases and bug fixes.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to coordinate the creation and implementation of HTML content

  for product features and user interfaces.
• Rigorously follow up with developers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and report bugs, ensuring swift resolution.

• Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research, user feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Analyse product performance data and user behaviour to drive continuous improvements.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the communication bridge between product, engineering, L&D, sales, and design teams.
• Ensure alignment of product roadmap with business and training goals.

• Feature Development & Testing:

• Assist in writing user stories, defining product requirements, and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Participate in feature testing, user feedback collection, and quality assurance.

• Training & Documentation:

• Create and maintain product guides, FAQs, tutorials, and documentation.
• Train internal teams (especially L&D and sales) on new features and product updates.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with LMS platforms
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Slack (preferred)
