Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the process of ensuring a product is available to customers. This will involve developing the strategy for the physical or digital delivery of the product from the manufacturer to the end-user. Your role will include planning the movement of goods, managing logistics, and selecting appropriate sales channels, such as direct-to-consumer or indirect channels through wholesalers and retailers. Key activities will revolve around logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and ensuring the product is accessible through the most effective channels to meet customer needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for the physical or digital delivery of products to customers. - Plan and manage the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery. - Oversee logistics operations to optimize efficiency. - Select and manage sales channels to maximize product accessibility. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes.
