Product Management Intern - Fresher

As a Product Management Intern at Dhan, you will play a crucial role in working with cross functional teams to enhance productivity and improve products. By collaborating with designers, marketing, growth, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to elevate the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively working on product strategies based on detailed customer research and surveys/experiments. - Collaborating with various teams to bring ideas to life and enhance customer experience. - Gathering insights on product adoption and proposing further iterations. - Delivering high-quality product solutions by closely working with designers and engineers. - Approaching product, process, and strategies from different perspectives for all-round improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Post Graduate degree completion by FY 2024-25 in Marketing/Finance/Tech specialization or related business field. - Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and written skills. - Hands-on experience in software development is preferred. - Data-driven with a strong ability to analyze data for insights and decision-making. - Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. - Passionate about working in a growing startup/fintech industry.
