Job Title: Product Leader Electric Vehicles Location: Pune, India Experience: Leadership role in Product Management within top-tier EV companies Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Leader to drive end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery for a cutting-edge Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will come from a renowned EV company and have a proven track record of launching successful, scalable products in the mobility or clean-tech space. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant autonomy, responsible for shaping the product vision, building world-class customer experiences, and aligning product innovation with long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap across software, hardware, and services, aligned with company vision and market dynamics. Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience teams. Drive product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution, quality, and customer-centricity. Analyze customer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging EV trends to identify new product opportunities and improvements. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits, especially for B2C and B2B segments. Develop and track key product KPIs, ensure timely delivery, and continuously improve product-market fit. Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: 1015 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within top-tier EV companies . Deep understanding of EV architecture, telematics, connected vehicle platforms, charging infrastructure, or EV mobility solutions. Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex products across hardware/software integrations. Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and execution discipline. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or Business (IITs/IIMs/NITs preferred but not mandatory).
