Product Leader

As a Product Leader at Segments Cloud LLC, you will have the opportunity to own the vision, strategy, and execution of the product as if it were your own venture. Your key responsibilities will include defining and continuously evolving the product roadmap, GTM strategy, and customer experience. You will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performance team, from hiring key roles to shaping org structure and workflows. Additionally, you will act as the external face of the product, representing it at global conferences, customer meetings, and industry events. Fostering relationships with early customers, partners, investors, and the broader ecosystem will be crucial in this role. You will need to ensure that product-market fit continues to evolve based on customer feedback and data, while driving revenue growth and user adoption with a focus on metrics, experiments, and execution. Building a culture of ownership, speed, and user obsession within the product team will be essential. Furthermore, you must be willing and excited to travel globally to build relationships and unlock opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Entrepreneurial or business-owner experience running a startup, whether as a founder, co-founder, or executive, with strong capabilities in product vision, team building, P&L management, and growth execution. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building teams, raising funds, or achieving early traction. - Comfortable creating and executing end-to-end strategies (product, GTM, hiring, customer success). - Genuine passion for networking, public speaking, and building relationships at global events.
