Role Overview

Product Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Own product backlog, prioritize features, and work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  
• Gather, analyze, and validate product requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research.
  
• Partner with design and UX teams to create intuitive and elegant user experiences.
  
• Collaborate with engineering to break down technical complexity and ensure feasibility and scalability.
  
• Track product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate to continuously improve.
  
• Advocate for the product internally and externally—communicating roadmap, strategy, and value proposition.
  
• Guide and mentor junior product managers as the team scales.
  

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or lead role.
  
• Experience working on technical SaaS products, ideally in B2B or enterprise markets.
  
• Strong technical acumen—comfortable working closely with engineering teams, understanding APIs, system architecture, and data flows.
  
• Proven track record of shipping successful products end-to-end.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  
• [Optional] Background in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience with AI/ML-driven products or data platforms.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Prior startup or scale-up experience.
