Product Lead - Derivatives

As a Product Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the derivatives business strategy and driving growth through innovative product development and targeted marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Define the derivatives business roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Conceptualize and deliver new features, tools, and platforms to enhance the trading experience for our customers. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and stay abreast of new trends in the industry. - Track product performance using analytics and customer insights, and implement continuous improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Risk for seamless product execution. In addition to product strategy and development, you will be responsible for: - Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive active trader acquisition and increase turnover. - Developing cross-sell and up-sell strategies across different product categories such as equity, F&O, and margin products. - Working closely with Marketing and Digital teams on go-to-market strategies and communication efforts. - Utilizing analytics to identify trading patterns and create engagement-driven initiatives. Furthermore, your role will involve: - Collaborating with Sales and Relationship Management teams to enhance customer adoption and retention. - Presenting business metrics, campaign results, and growth plans to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. - Managing external partnerships and vendor relationships as needed.
