Responsibilities

Lead the discovery & innovation track: conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify emerging opportunities in AI and enterprise solutions.
Translate new ideas into prototypes and product concepts for backlog intake.
Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to validate product-market fit for new initiatives.
Build and maintain an innovation pipeline aligned with Pepagora's strategic goals.
Collaborate with analysts and product owners to refine innovations into actionable user stories for execution.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in product strategy, research, or innovation-driven roles.
Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to prototype to product.
Strong analytical, market research, and competitor benchmarking skills.
Exposure to AI/enterprise product opportunities is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
