Product Head/ New Product Development

As a Product Head at Clayco Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in the design and launch of new product variants and ranges that align with the brand's vision and address market gaps. Your responsibilities will include improving existing products by enhancing features, reducing costs, and refining positioning. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects for product innovation and launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of new products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and launch new product variants and ranges in alignment with the brand's vision and market needs. - Enhance existing products by reducing costs, improving features, and refining positioning. - Lead strategic projects for product innovation and launch. - Plan and execute marketing communication based on consumer insights and technical analysis. - Collaborate with R&D formulators to develop new products and maintain high-quality standards. - Identify and onboard new vendors/suppliers for new product development and existing product revamps. - Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new product development. - Manage annual budgets and work on cost optimization projects. Qualifications Required: - Educational background in Cosmetology. - Experience in product management in the skincare industry, preferably in the D2C segment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
