Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading new product launches and executing go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure on-ground brand building and training initiatives are successful. Collaboration with the digital marketing executive will be essential to drive online visibility for our products. Additionally, you will need to liaise with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to effectively execute marketing plans. Supporting content development, sales materials, and campaign messaging will also be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position is a Lifescience graduate with at least 13 years of experience in marketing within the pharma, nutraceutical, or FMCG industries. You should be a strong communicator and a natural brand storyteller. Experience in coordinating with sales and digital teams is crucial, and basic knowledge of social media trends and tools is required. An MBA is preferred, and you must demonstrate a proactive and execution-focused mindset. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work will be in person.,
