Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Executive to support the product management team. You will assist in executing marketing strategies, developing promotional materials, and analyzing market data to help drive brand performance. This role is a stepping stone to a successful career in pharmaceutical brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation of promotional materials, including visual aids, LBLs, and other marketing collateral.
• Conduct primary and secondary market analysis to gather insights on competitors and market trends.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for the timely delivery of promotional inputs.
• Track and report on key brand performance indicators.
• Provide support to the sales team by addressing queries and providing necessary marketing information.
• Help organize conferences, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other promotional events.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc), complemented by an MBA in Marketing.

• Experience:

  1 to 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or product management team (PMT).

• Therapeutic Area Knowledge:

  Exposure to or interest in CNS, Ortho, Derma, or Nutraceuticals would be preferred.

• Skills:

  Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, good communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
