Location: Thane (W), Mumbai

Reports to: Product Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field

Key Skill Required

• 0–2 years of experience in medical device handling, diagnostics, or patient-monitoring technologies
• Strong knowledge of device application, safety, and user training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel for training, support, and demos
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or complaint-tracking systems is a plus
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the healthcare sector
