Product Excellence Intern.

Product Excellence Intern Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Product Excellence Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on ensuring our software product meets quality standards, providing exceptional client support, and facilitating communication between technical teams and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Learn from conducting thorough testing of new features and product updates to ensure functionality and quality.

● Learn from collaborating with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.

● Assisting the Product Manager with various tasks, including gathering user feedback and preparing documentation.

● Learn from acting as a bridge between the technical team and client-facing teams (CA/CS) to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

● Facilitate the flow of information regarding product capabilities and updates to internal teams.

● Learning to Prepare and Maintain product documentation, presentations etc.

Requirement

● 0-1 years (or plus) of experience in a Support/Technical role.

● Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
