Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate

  business requirements

  and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with

  vendors and internal teams

  to deliver scalable and robust product implementations.
• Participate in the

  end-to-end implementation of Retail Asset products

  , covering the complete asset lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and debug

  PL/SQL code

  to support business requirements.
• Implement and manage

  system integrations

  using RESTful APIs (JSON-based Open APIs).
• Review and validate

  Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Interface Specifications, and Functional Solution Documents

  .
• Support

  Agile delivery methodologies

  , ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Ensure long-term

  stability, performance, and scalability

  of the system.
• Ensure applications comply with

  IT security policies and approved security standards

  .
• Identify improvement areas, report risks, and apply best practices for compliance and security.
  
• Drive

  continuous improvement initiatives

  through automation, performance optimization, and resilience enhancements.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• Minimum

  5 years of experience in Retail Banking domain

  .
• Strong experience in

  Retail Asset lifecycle and implementation

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Dcore and Oracle

  .
• Strong expertise in

  PL/SQL development and debugging

  .
• Proven experience in

  API integrations

  using JSON and RESTful Open APIs.
• Solid experience in

  system integration

  within enterprise banking environments.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  .
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver

  efficient, scalable solutions

  .

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in

  Collections domain

  , preferably with

  EbixCash IC product

  .
• Exposure to

  Kafka

  and

  Cloud Native Applications

  .
• Knowledge of modern integration and event-driven architectures.

• Deep understanding of

  Retail Asset lifecycle

• Experience in

  Banking and Financial Services

  enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation review skills (BRD, FSD, Interface Specs).
