Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer - Fullstack, your role will involve building end-to-end features that directly impact customers. You will collaborate with core business teams to translate requirements into features and work on web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend. Your responsibilities will include owning features from database design to deployment, applying best UI/UX practices, leveraging AI-powered coding tools for development acceleration, ensuring code quality through best practices, and exploring new technologies for product enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with core business teams to translate requirements into features. - Develop web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for backend. - Own features from database design to deployment. - Apply best UI/UX practices for intuitive user experiences. - Leverage AI-powered coding tools for development acceleration. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations. - Continuously explore new technologies to improve workflows. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in ReactJS with knowledge of hooks, state management, and component-driven design. - Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud deployment (AWS). - Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot. - Ability to take ownership of features and deliver independently. - Understanding of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles. - Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and user-first mindset.
