What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

As a Product Developer you play a key role in contributing towards securing best product from a customer perspective in connection with Global assortment strategies. Working with the global teams you are responsible for co-executing the market development plan and supplier/product strategy on your product categories together with relevant stakeholders. Having ownership in securing product development flow and sample handling process, you seek further possibilities and opportunities in your local market in line with long term assortment strategy. You act as the customer eye and work proactively to educate suppliers with customer education. You are acting as a product representative on the ground and play an important role in problem solving. You promote and share sustainable innovations covering both components and processes.

Minimum 2-4 Years of experience in 'Home' textile industry. Work experience in a buying house/liaison office.

Must have:

• Drive innovation - Knowledge of Trends, Cost, Analyze and Secure Product strategy.
• Knowledge to make business case on new categories / Suppliers.
• Drive Supplier development (Existing and New) by collaborating with other suppliers.
• Knowledge of yarns and fabrics.
• Market scanning for new Opportunities
