Product Designer

The developer should have a comprehensive understanding of the software development cycle, encompassing architecture, development, and testing. Your role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. It is essential to have experience in agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum approach, and be adept at engaging in projects using this framework. You will be responsible for effectively gathering customer requirements, seeking clarification where necessary, and translating these needs into actionable tasks that you will execute or assign to team members. A minimum of five years of experience is required, with a deep comprehension of web technologies, API development, full lifecycle application development, database management (both relational and NoSQL), and enterprise/cloud architecture. To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in developing applications, including enterprise web applications, and adhering to technical best practices and design patterns. Additionally, you must possess the ability to create pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for scenario validation, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in this area. Experience in developing hybrid solutions either on-premises or in the cloud is essential, with a minimum of four to six years of experience. You should also have a minimum of three years of experience in an Agile environment, practicing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Proficiency in source code repository management systems like TFS, GitHub, and Azure DevOps is required, along with solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. You should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. As a dedicated team player, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of programming languages, technical terminology, and the ability to develop and articulate ideas and processes clearly. Your role will involve exercising a high degree of independent judgment, solving complex problems, writing and reviewing code for websites, integrating multimedia content, testing web applications, and troubleshooting performance or user experience issues. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success. The technologies you will be working with include React JS, Node JS, TypeScript, Redux, Micro frontend, Chart, Azure App Service, or AWS Beanstalk. Non-technical skills such as software development using Agile methodologies, creating comprehensive documentation, strong presentation abilities, collaborative decision-making, problem-solving, and effective verbal and written communication are crucial for this role.
