As a fast-growing company, were looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape our product experience. The Role As a Product Designer at LiftLab, youll lead the design process from concept to implementation, working closely with product management, data science, and engineering teams to create intuitive solutions that transform complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights. Youll own the visual direction of our product, with particular emphasis on data visualization, analytics dashboards, and emerging AI interfaces, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements Design intuitive data visualizations and interactive dashboards that make complex marketing analytics accessible and actionable Build and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across the platform Collaborate with data scientists to transform sophisticated statistical models into user-friendly interfaces Work directly with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications Conduct user research alongside product managers to validate design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Identify opportunities to improve how users understand and act on complex marketing metrics What Were Looking For Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with demonstrated expertise in data visualization, B2B SaaS, and AI interfaces Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to transform complex data sets into intuitive, actionable visualizations Experience building and maintaining design systems that scale efficiently Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives with minimal oversight Expert proficiency with Figma and ability to design efficiently with rapid iteration cycles Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, including appropriate chart selection, information hierarchy, and visual communication Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly around simplifying complex data concepts Basic understanding of front-end development principles to ensure feasible design solutions English Fluency (C2) Preferred Qualifications Experience designing marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or media planning tools Background working alongside data scientists or analytics experts Experience with AI interface design and data-driven products Knowledge of accessibility considerations specific to data visualization Experience conducting user research specifically focused on data comprehension What Makes This Role Unique At LiftLab, youll solve the fundamental challenge of making sophisticated marketing science approachable and actionable.
