At 1% Club, we re on a mission to build India s most trusted wealth-tech platform, one that doesn t just stop at financial products, but brings education, advisory, and execution together in a way no one else has.

In less than two years, we ve managed to launch and scale our EdTech vertical, secure our RIA SEBI license, and build an 8M+ strong online following of India s English-speaking middle class.

• EdTech Expanding our financial education ecosystem through online and offline initiatives. We re making finance simple, accessible, and actionable for millions of Indians.


• Advisory Democratising high-quality financial advice. From first-time earners to high-income families, we re reimagining how India accesses unbiased financial guidance.


• AI Co-pilot for Money Building India s most seamless AI-powered money dashboard. By helping users track and analyse all their finances in one place, we want to deliver powerful insights and make financial independence truly actionable.

This is the journey from being a fast-growing EdTech to becoming India s most trusted Wealth-tech platform. The goal isn t just to add more users, but to build products that people genuinely love, recommend, and can t imagine living without.

Our best learnings came from doing zero-to-one journeys of building some great products out there. Hence, we truly understand the impact of joining a team from an early stage and growing with it.

We re at an early but exciting stage, where every line of code, every design, and every idea directly shapes the future of how Indians think about money.

You ll be designing the experiences behind a platform that s redefining how millions of Indians manage their money.

As a PD-2, you ll go beyond pixels. You ll actively shape what we build and why, bringing the voice of the user into strategic discussions while also obsessing over craft.

You ll work with the CPO, PMs, Data, and Engineering to design experiences that not only delight users but also move the needle on growth, engagement, and retention, and set the bar for design craft at 1% Club.

This role will also be foundational in building an AI-first design culture, where we constantly explore how artificial intelligence can accelerate idea validation, UX testing, and even UI creation.

• Own design end-to-end: from research and discovery wireframes high-fidelity UI final production.


• Be an active contributor in product strategy, helping define what problems to solve and how design can unlock growth.


• Translate complex financial problems into simple, trustworthy, and even joyful solutions.


• Continuously explore how to leverage AI in design workflows, from validating UX ideas faster, to generating UI variations, to testing user flows more efficiently.


• Collaborate with Data Analysts to convert numbers into design insights and growth levers.


• Build and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency across business.

• 3 5 years of experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally with measurable business impact.


• A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product thinking (problem insight solution results), not just visuals.


• Fluency in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.


• A strong grasp of UX, design systems, and growth-oriented product design.


• Experience working closely with PMs, Engineers, and Data to ship fast without compromising on quality.


• Curiosity about business models, metrics, and strategy, you don t stop at this looks good, you ask does this move the metric

• You ve worked in FinTech or built for high-engagement consumer products.


• You geek out equally about typography & conversion funnels.


• You think like a mini-CPO: balancing user value, business value, and feasibility.


• You ve experimented with AI for prototyping, user testing, or UI generation and can bring those learnings into our workflow.
