Product Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing user data, identifying user needs, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Your proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD will be crucial in applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. You will be expected to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, as well as identify and solve design problems with a deep understanding of designing products with the user in mind. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts. - Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility. - Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. - Maintain design consistency across products and platforms. - Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. - Contribute to the product roadmap. - Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development and designing digital. - Optional: ISO, Six Sigma, and Process and Operations Training.
