About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to drive growth-focused experiments across digital platforms. Your work will involve rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and optimizing experiences for adoption and retention.

What You’ll Do

Design experiment-ready prototypes for rapid testing.
Partner with growth and analytics teams to validate design hypotheses.
Build frameworks for iterative experimentation across platforms.
Use insights from testing to refine design decisions.
Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions post-validation.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of product design experience in B2C or digital growth contexts.
Exposure to experimentation workflows and A/B testing.
Strong prototyping skills with tools like Figma or Framer.
Portfolio demonstrating iterative or experiment-driven design.
Data-driven mindset with curiosity to test, learn, and refine.
