Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a

Senior Product Designer

with strong

UI and UX design experience

to lead the design of intuitive, impactful, and user-focused digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into seamless design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design process — from research, concept, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design and delivery.
Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
Create information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Design visually stunning and consistent UI aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Use analytics, A/B testing, and feedback to iterate and improve product designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
Proven track record of delivering complex product designs from concept to launch.
Ability to balance business needs with user experience goals.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
