Location: Bengaluru About the Team The Product Design team at Navi creates clear, intuitive experiences that put users first. We work end-to-end—across research, interaction, and visual design—to shape products that are simple, fast, and purposeful. Our approach is deeply data-driven, combining user insights and product analytics to continuously refine and improve the user experience. About the Role Navi is seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer 1, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial services products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. What We Expect From You Translate user insights into user flows , wireframes , prototypes , and high-fidelity designs . Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences. Collaborate with product managers , engineers , and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements. Brainstorm creative solutions and provide design recommendations based on project goals. Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and usability . Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends , design tools , and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Design , HCI , or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in product design , preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe Creative Suite , or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process . Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced , agile environment.
