• Identify new growth areas and conduct market analysis to uncover trends
• Oversee the development of products, services, and solutions that meet client needs

AI / GENAI PIONEERS

• Stay updated on AI and GenAI disruptions and implement relevant initiatives
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the adoption of GenAI technologies

TALENT MAGNETS AND THOUGHT LEADERS

• Lead hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent
• Provide strategic guidance based on industry best practices and emerging trends

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in Design or equivalent field
• 7+ years of experience within UX / UI, Human-Computer Interaction, applied research, or product design and research
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
