Product Design - Intern

As a Product Designer Intern at Leap, your main responsibility will be to revolutionize user experiences through collaboration and cutting-edge design. Staying ahead of trends and driving continuous innovation to make a significant impact will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams to deeply understand the problems faced by customers - Explore multiple high-level approaches to problem-solving and design UI elements while shaping UX as products mature and scale - Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into designs - Play a vital role in evolving design patterns and standards Qualifications Required: - Prior internship experience - Working knowledge of Figma and component libraries/design systems - Eye for detail and passion for turning ideas into visually compelling designs - Focus on the customer and making design decisions based on research - Experience working on consumer-facing products - Passion for learning, growth, UX, and design innovation Leap values Mutual Respect, Bias for action, Learn & get better, and Growth mindset.
