R&D Executive/Senior Executive – Plastic Manufacturing
Location- Andheri east, chakala
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering
Certification in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
preferred Experience: 2 to 3 years in R&D or product design within the plastic manufacturing domain.
Salary to be offered shall be in the range of 30K to 35K per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design & Development, Documentation & Compliance, Process Innovation, Work with marketing, tooling, and quality teams to align product specs with customer needs.Proficiency in SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools Understanding of plastic injection molding, DFM principles, and mold flow analysis Experience in prototype development and design validation.
