Product Design Engineer

JD:-

1. To create & check new product design by ProE 3D modelling, drawing creation, Benchmarking Analysis & updating of standards in order to complete the design in time
2. Analyzing RFQ's for technical feasibility and provide preliminary costing & drawings for approval.
3. Support manufacturing, QA & other functions by providing technical support in problem solving, new product development and product quality improvement.
4. Review designs of outsourced components, bearings and samples and approve supplier drawings to ensure design consistency of outsourced bearings/Components
5. Create working environment which is conducive for good team work and help individuals perform to the best of their capability by monitoring performance and providing training opportunities for direct reports to build and retain a capable & a motivated team
6. -Bearing Design
7. -DFMEA, QFD, GD&T, New Product Development, APQP, Root Cause Analysis
8. -Customer Interaction, Program managment, Sample Development & Testing
9. -RFQ Handling, Technical & Costing Proposal etc.
10. -Understanding of Bearing manufacturing process like grinding, assembly, Heat Treatment etc.
11. -Tool: Hands on skills CAD Software Creo, Autocad etc
12. -Understanding of Bearing application and Life analysis
13. -Candidate from Bearing company is preferable
