Job Description

As a Material Data Specialist, your role involves reaching out to suppliers to explain the BSC process and requirements. You will review, interpret, and input information provided by suppliers to ensure engineering accuracy and compliance with global material standard designations. Auditing material composition and declaration of conformity against regulation requirements is also a key responsibility. Utilizing corporate software tools to search the global material database and collecting data from internal sources for accurate entry are part of your daily tasks. You are expected to work independently to ensure complete and accurate material composition information on assigned components, maintaining highly accurate product data globally. Your responsibilities also include communicating effectively with internal team members about the status of component assessments, helping in report development and analysis, and supporting data integrity and normalization initiatives. Generating reports from various systems for analysis purposes is also part of your role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of previous work experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, charts) and Office software tools. - Excellent verbal and written English skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and derive meaningful conclusions. - Experience with databases and data management. - Proactive attitude towards uncertain situations.,
