Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager at iApp Technologies, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of software product delivery from planning to release. Your role will involve ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and engineering best practices across all stages. You will work closely with mobile and web development teams to assess architecture and code quality, collaborating with developers, architects, and DevOps to optimize system designs and deployment pipelines. Leading projects using Agile or Waterfall frameworks, you will manage sprints, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and project milestones. Additionally, you will define, maintain, and execute delivery roadmaps for mobile and web applications, aligning project goals with product strategy and customer needs. As the key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, QA, and design teams, you will translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines. Proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving project risks and delivery blockers will be crucial, along with implementing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in software development and/or technical project management. Hands-on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and web development technologies is essential, as well as a solid understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, or equivalent is required, along with experience with project tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Git, Jenkins, and MS Project. Strong leadership, time management, and stakeholder communication skills are key to success in this role.
