Product Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, user-friendly dashboards and data solutions using your skills in Power BI development, SQL programming, and data modeling. As an SR Product Data Analyst at Kohler, you will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into effective data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. - Build efficient data models (star/snowflake schemas) and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure reporting. - Develop complex DAX expressions and calculations to support advanced analytics. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction and transformation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling) and SQL development.
