Product Coordinator

As an experienced candidate, you will be actively engaged with the sales team to resolve day-to-day hurdles related to product and processes. Your role will involve coordinating with various functions such as IT, Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve queries promptly and provide ad hoc support wherever necessary. You will also be responsible for identifying product gaps, conducting research on product development, testing the viability of products and processes, and communicating new launches effectively. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring adequate training interventions on systems and processes, monitoring progress, and publishing figures. You will be driving employee contests and incentives to boost motivation and productivity levels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving the sale of supplementary products like insurance to secure the portfolio and increase fee income. This may involve designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns. You will need to identify training needs within the team and ensure that all employees across regions are well-trained on products and processes. Furthermore, you will be required to provide inputs for building the technology roadmap for the microfinance business. Ad hoc marketing support in raising requests from teams and providing collaterals will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in managing products and systems, with domain experience being a plus point. - Experience working on Br Net system is preferred.
