Job Description

You will be joining the Product Control team within the Finance division at Morgan Stanley, a global leader in financial services with a presence in over 40 countries. As a Director in the Product Controllers team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Finance and the Firm, lead individual and team deliverables, and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include managing the P&L, preparing daily reports, understanding business strategies and risks, contributing to projects and process enhancements, and escalating issues as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Lead individual and team deliverables and projects - Adhere to risk and regulatory standards - Manage the P&L and daily validation processes - Prepare daily P&L reports for review - Understand business strategies and risks - Contribute to enhancing the control environment - Escalate issues to management in a timely manner - Contribute to Finance-related projects and process enhancements Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product, and/or client segment - Ability to operate independently in most job responsibilities - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Graduation in Commerce with specialization in Financial Accounting - Prior experience in Business Unit/Product control with knowledge of financial products - At least 4 years of relevant experience At Morgan Stanley, you can expect a commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence and service, guided by values that prioritize clients, integrity, innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
