Job Description

Job Title: Product Consultant (Netreveal)

Duration: Full time role

Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru/Pune)

Note: Experience with Netreveal is a MUST

Experience Level - 5-8 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the full lifecycle implementation of NetReveal solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
Analyze customer business processes, data sources, and compliance requirements to provide tailored NetReveal configurations and workflows.
Install, configure, and fine-tune NetReveal modules (e.g., AML, Sanctions Screening, Fraud Detection) to fit client needs using SQL and NetReveal AppBuilder
Integrate NetReveal with client core banking systems, data warehouses, and external systems using appropriate APIs and interfaces.
Conduct data mapping, data quality analysis, and ETL processes to ensure accurate ingestion and processing of client data in NetReveal.
Develop and execute system and user acceptance test (UAT) plans, troubleshoot issues, and work with Client support as needed.
Deliver user training, create technical documentation, and support knowledge transfer to client technical and business teams.
Provide post-implementation support, incident resolution, and system enhancements as required.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in financial crime and compliance and act as a NetReveal subject matter expert.

Qualifications and Skills

Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployment,
NetReveal is a MUST.
3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or technical support roles, preferably in the financial crime, AML, fraud, or risk management domain.
Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance processes (AML, sanctions screening, KYC, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) is a must.
Experience with Linux/UNIX environments, scripting, and basic server administration.
Familiarity with ETL tools and principles; experience with data integration and transformation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required (depending on project needs).
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud deployments (Azure) and/or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Programming experience (Java, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
Certification in NetReveal or related financial crime solutions is highly desirable.
