Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers to PPG products by configuring products according to customer specifications and requirements. Interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate system configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, escalating where necessary Issue eLearning and welcome emails to allow new customers to become fully conversant with the features and benefits of the solution(s) they have purchased. Assist in developing and maintaining configuration guides, templates and best practices

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
