Infrastructure Ops Manager

You will be part of a dynamic team that accelerates their career growth through exposure to international practices and agile development methodologies recommended by leading technology consultancies. Your role will involve managing daily tasks to ensure proactive management of systems and services, overseeing 3rd line support activities, and acting as an escalation point within the service operations function. Additionally, you will be responsible for capacity and performance processes, creating and maintaining support documentation, developing automation scripts, and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. You will lead your teams in completing mandatory training courses, defining acceptance criteria for new services transitioning into Service Operations, and participating in on-call support rotations. Your expertise should include at least 8 years of experience in IT service delivery or support, an MBA or a degree in Information Technology/Information Security, proficiency in Microsoft technologies, and excellent communication skills honed in a service-oriented environment. You should also possess the ability to interpret and resolve customer fault descriptions, manage workloads across multiple teams and time zones, and oversee technical or process-based meetings such as the Change Advisory Board. Experience in creating operational repositories, managing technology refresh programs, working with Education Technology, and advanced capabilities in VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, AWS, SQL server, Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, data backup solutions, scripting, automation, and Azure analytics and KQL will be beneficial for this role. You should also have experience in configuring physical hardware in tier 4 data centers.,
