Software Consultant

As a key member of the Development team based in Pune, India, you will have the opportunity to FastTrack your career with international exposure and adopt agile development best practices from globally renowned technology consultancies. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the team in addressing technical challenges, providing support to the tech lead, and actively contributing to various areas of work. You will be expected to proactively engage in learning new modules to enhance your domain knowledge. Your excellent analytical and development skills, along with your proficiency in tools like Microsoft VSTS/ADO, will be crucial in successfully navigating complex technical processes. In this role, you will need to demonstrate solid architectural awareness, focusing on performance considerations. A minimum of 2 years of experience in React development, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment, will be essential for success. Your familiarity with Microsoft Azure, deployment processes, and CI Pipelines will be valuable assets in this position. Furthermore, your role will involve making decisions in the absence of the tech lead, reviewing code, and approving pull requests for code check-ins. A good understanding of Scrum and agile methodology will be beneficial in aligning with the team's ways of working. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technologies such as ReactJS, Azure, .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, Agile, and Windows Services.
